By using Dyson Anti-Raid Protection Bot ("the Bot"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Bot.

2. Description of Service

Dyson is a Discord bot designed to provide anti-raid protection, spam filtering, and server moderation capabilities. The Bot is provided "as is" and we make no warranties about its functionality or reliability.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must have proper permissions to add the Bot to your Discord server
  • You are responsible for all actions taken by the Bot in your server
  • You must not use the Bot for illegal activities or to violate Discord's Terms of Service
  • You must not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the Bot
  • You are responsible for configuring the Bot appropriately for your server

4. Data Collection and Usage

The Bot may collect and process data necessary for its operation, including user messages, server information, and moderation logs. This data is used solely for providing the anti-raid protection service and is not sold or shared with third parties.

5. Payment and Subscription

Dyson offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dyson is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Ownership and Contact Information

Dyson Anti-Raid Bot is owned and operated by Nebula Devs. Nebula Devs is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of the Dyson bot.
